"Horrible staff!!! Susan on the 2nd floor nurses station is the WORST!!! I called to check on my sister, who's in a coma there. She told me there's no one hear by that name and don't call this number anymore! WTH? I have NO idea what the problem is but that was ignorant and unprofessional. And that's just the start!!!! "
